“This is truly a customer service company! I had called multiple plumbers for help with a clogged drain. They were all busy. The lovely person who answered the phone at Dan’s Plumbing said they were also booked for the day, so she gave me phone numbers of a couple other companies to try. But that wasn’t the last I heard from her. She called me later to check if I was successful and even offered to give me more phone numbers to try. I still couldn’t find anyone. Then she called me back again toward the end of the day and said they just finished a job in my neighborhood and could squeeze me in. 10 minutes later, Werner was at my door.
