“This is truly a customer service company! I had called multiple plumbers for help with a clogged drain. They were all busy. The lovely person who answered the phone at Dan’s Plumbing said they were also booked for the day, so she gave me phone numbers of a couple other companies to try. But that wasn’t the last I heard from her. She called me later to check if I was successful and even offered to give me more phone numbers to try. I still couldn’t find anyone. Then she called me back again toward the end of the day and said they just finished a job in my neighborhood and could squeeze me in. 10 minutes later, Werner was at my door. Super nice, helpful, and efficient. He took care of the issue.”

MY NAME IS DAN
Allow me to introduce myself as the owner and founder of Dan's Plumbing and Sewer Service! I'm originally from New Jersey and grew up in Novato, a city here in Marin County. It was early on in my teenage years that sparked my interest in the plumbing trade and since then, my passion has always been to help others and what better way than helping my community with their plumbing needs! Aside from running my own business, I am also a dad to my son Jye, a husband to my lovely wife Amelia and a dog dad to Molly & Bella.
